Management and Engineering consulting with proven Technical Expertise shipping products, closing investments and building companies
I've done both financial and software engineering for both startups and venture funds. I've seen first hand what investors are looking for in a data room and where founders miss the mark on managing engineering teams.
The Process.
Step 1: Discovery
Let's sit down and have a conversation about what you're trying to achieve, no contracts. no nonsense. I only take on a small number of clients, if you're going to be one of them I want to be sure that I'm the right person for you to achieve your goals.
Step 2: Set our Gameplan
I don't like to nickel and dime clients. Depending on what we're doing, we'll set a gameplan and some clear deliverables. I like to work on a project basis.
Step 3: Execution
I'm not in the business of giving people reports, I'm in the business of successful investment outcomes in technology companies. If we're doing due diligence, you'll have a report on your desk and multiple opportunities to talk through what I'm looking at and get your questions answered, jargon-free. I'll walk you through the good, the bad, and my recommendations. If you want help running the business I'm happy to discuss that as well.
Return on Investment. Guaranteed.
I'm interested in satisfied clients and my reputation. If you're not happy with the results we achieve together, I don't want your money and will happily return it to you. Let's do great work.
