Step 1: Discovery

Let's sit down and have a conversation about what you're trying to achieve, no contracts. no nonsense. I only take on a small number of clients, if you're going to be one of them I want to be sure that I'm the right person for you to achieve your goals.

Step 2: Set our Gameplan

I don't like to nickel and dime clients. Depending on what we're doing, we'll set a gameplan and some clear deliverables. I like to work on a project basis.

Step 3: Execution

I'm not in the business of giving people reports, I'm in the business of successful investment outcomes in technology companies. If we're doing due diligence, you'll have a report on your desk and multiple opportunities to talk through what I'm looking at and get your questions answered, jargon-free. I'll walk you through the good, the bad, and my recommendations. If you want help running the business I'm happy to discuss that as well.
